In 1978 the founders of Bananacoast Hot Bake created their first freshly baked bread, pies and cakes in Coffs Harbour. As we grew, Bananacoast Hot Bake added more delicious baked goods to our menu, and now offer a selection of over 200 products to choose from. While Bananacoast Hot Bake has grown, our mission to provide quality fine baked goods to the people of the Coffs Coast has not changed. We hope to provide friendly, efficient customer service to all our customers – retail and wholesale.

We strive for excellence in everything we do, from the handcrafted breads and pastries we bake, to the delicious rolls and sandwiches made freshly everyday.

Baking Methods
Artisan and scratch baking methods are used to create our fine baked goods, and our team of skilled bakers and pastrycooks, collectively have over 100 years baking experience. Our focus is on quality and we use the best ingredients to ensure that our products are of the highest standard for you. We use finest quality Australian flour, fresh yeast, Australian grains, cheese, ham, dried fruits, malt, oats, butter, and fresh locally sourced produce including beef, tomatoes, mushrooms and onions. We use malt to create the Coffs Coast’s favourite bread, and we are proud that our bread has no added sugar. We know that scratch baking and quality ingredients makes the difference to create delicious and quality baked goods for our customers.

Bananacoast Hot Bake is proud to support our local community and each year we donate thousands of dollars as well as our products to community groups, schools and charities.
